NEWS! A few words from our Chairman. A couple of months ago following a personal email from Beetham Nursery I applied on behalf of Holme Grown Allotment Society for a FREE Jubilee Tree to plant on the allotment. I can now inform you all that we have been selected to have a free sapling to plant in commemoration of The Queens Platinum Jubilee. I will be collecting the sapling on Thursday 2nd June. I propose to have a social gathering after the Jubilee weekend to plant the tree for members and families to celebrate this great occasion. Details to follow. |
